The Board of Supervisors of the Grande Pines Community Development District will hold their regularly scheduled public meetings for Fiscal Year 2024 at 10:00 am at the Offices of GMS-CF, LLC, 219 E. Livingston Street, Orlando, Florida 32801, on the third Monday of each month as follows:

The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the meeting agenda may be obtained from the District Manager at 219 E. Livingston Street, Orlando, FL 32801. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place as evidenced by motion of the majority of Board Members participating. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodation to participate in this meeting is asked to advise the District Office at (407) 841-5524 at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meeting.
